• What are your office opening hours?

  Our operations and accounts departments operate from 8.30am - 5.30pm.

• What are your warehouse opening hours?

  Booked deliveries can be accepted from 9am - 3pm.

• What is your geographical coverage?

  We frequently carry out projects throughtout the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

• What size projects do you carry out?

  We fulfill requirements of any size.  We have service teams that complete small jobs and dedicated installation & move teams that carry out large-scale phased projects.

• Do you hold ISO Accreditation's?

  Yes.  We hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. 

  We also hold the following accreditations:

  • Constructionline - Silver Member
  • BS 8522 
  • Safe Contractor Approved
  • FORS - Silver
• Do you operate 18 ton lorries?

  Yes.  We operate a range of vehicles including 18 ton, 7.5 ton, 3.5 ton Luton trucks, long-wheeled Sprinter vans, medium vans and crew buses.

• Are your vehicles FORS registered?

  Our 40 plus fleet of silver FORS (Fleet Operators Recognition Scheme) registered vehicles are managed by our qualified Transport Manager.  

• How do I book deliveries & collections?

  All deliveries and collections must be booked via email to jamie.cameron@themeritgroup.co.uk
